Worldview

Worldview é um projecto digital da Architectural League of New York que convida arquitectos de todo o mundo a apresentar relatórios daquilo que é novo e interessante na arquitecture e urbanismo das suas cidades, em particular, cidades e regiões que não são relatadas adequadamente pela imprensa arquitectural mainstream.

O Projecto conta com as seguintes cidades de momento: Tijuana, Caracas, Oslo, Dhaka e Beirut. Para cada cidade estão disponíveis uma lista de ateliers de arquitectura interessantes, alguns ensaios muito bons, mapas históricos e frisos cronológicos, estatísticas e muito mais.

A página sobre oslo é organizado por Thomas McQuilan and Lisbeth Funck. A ultima foi minha professora em Oslo. Props :)

Worldview is a web-based project of the Architectural League of New York that invites architects from around the world to present reports on what is new and interesting in architecture and urbanism in their cities, with a particular focus on cities and regions that are not adequately reported on by the mainstream architectural press.

At the moment, the project counts with the following cities: Tijuana, Caracas, Oslo, Dhaka e Beirut. In each city you will have a list of interesting architectural practices, some really good essays, nice images, historical mappings and timelines, stats and much more.

The Oslo page is organized by Thomas McQuilan and Lisbeth Funck. The later was my teacher in Oslo. Props :)
